How it works:

-plants can be rooted in soil, water, or sphagnum moss
All plants will be accepted but note this is a HOUSEPLANT focused swap.
A potting station will be provided using recycled nursery planters, but feel free to bring your own clean pot.
A master gardener will be available to answer any pest and problem questions you might have.
Join us and end the summer feeling your best! This event is open to all and will have guided meditation lead by Kelly Jean Moore of Mission Yoga, Rebecca Hinson will be offering plant based snacks and nutritional information, $25 adjustments from Chiromobile, and of course Ann Miller of Modern Apothecary sharing the importance of holistic healthcare.

”February is just around the corner, and our Holistic Night at Hægur is going to be so awesome!
We are going to share in the process of preparing and eating a #plantbasedmeal. We will also discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and why plant based creates an environment for healing in the body.
We definitely need a head count on this one to be sure we have plenty of food to share.
I can’t wait to see you there.”
